This Scottish gin is created with two separate stills - one where botanicals are steeped overnight while the other handles distillation. Best served with tonic water over ice garnished with cucumber.

Ingredients
It features the likes of juniper, cubeb berries, elderflower, chamomile, angelica, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, yarrow and orris, alongside an infusion of cucumber and rose petal.
Storage
Store at room temperature or keep in a cooler 13-16 °C. Best to avoid sunlight and heat.
