Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions


  • Return and exchange can be done within 7 days after the date of purchase.

  • If the return or exchange is due to change of mind, the item must be in its original purchase condition and not defaced in any manner.

  • Delivery costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Ariki.

Return & Exchange Process


  • Get in touch with our customer service at enquiry@ariki.com.sg.

  • Indicate the order number, name of the item, and reason for return or exchange.

  • Request will be reviewed and our customer service team will get back to you within 2 working days.

Refund Policy


  • Refund applies only to damaged purchased items due to genuine mishandling.

  • The refund process will take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the respective bank’s processing time.
